Pixies took to Instagram on Tuesday (October 29) to announce unique plans for their 2025 North American tour. The 24-show run will see the alt-rock icons performing their classic albums, Bossanova and Trompe Le Monde, in full during two-night stands in 14 different cities throughout the US and Canada. Night one will feature Pixies performing both their 1990 album Bossanova and 1991’s Trompe Le Monde from start to finish. On night two, they’ll play a “classic Pixies set,” which will also include songs from their just-released new album, The Night The Zombies Came. The tour kicks off in Las Vegas with shows on June 13-14, and will continue with Pixies playing two nights each in Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, Montreal, Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, DC, and Detroit, before finishing up with a two-night stand in St. Paul, Minnesota on July 31 and August 1. Kurt Vile + The Violators will be the opening act for the entire tour. (Consequence of Sound)
